FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physics. It can be used for preparation and movement of samples to analyzing device during spectral analysis of materials and substances. Probe consists of loop-bent wire of refractory material with tip for condensation of vapors of analyte and condensate supply of analyte into atomizer, made by bending ends of wire with probe runners and fixed on electric contacts of bearing platform with guides and damper. For improvement of repairability, providing fast process of replacing samples of analyzed samples probe is placed on contact site made of dielectric plate with electric contacts and guide slot. To provide stability of movement direction of probe during injection into dosing hole of furnace-pulverizer bearing platform is movably fixed to guide equipped with damper. Method of using probe consisting in fact that probe is fixed on moving with three degrees of freedom, manipulator bar. In furnace-atomizer via dosing hole sample of analyzed substance is introduced, above dosing hole cold probe fastened in manipulator is secured. Test substance is atomized in furnace and vapors effusing through dosing hole of furnace-pulverizer are deposited on cold probe. Probe with condensate of sample is introduced into dosing hole of furnace-pulverizer at temperature of substance atomization, electric current is supplied to probe, probe is heated and condensate sample is atomized. Vapors of sample condensate are analyzed using spectral instrument and required information on sample is obtained.

EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy and reliability of results of spectral analysis of substances and materials, higher reliability and maintainability of analytical equipment, fast process of replacing samples of analyzed samples, high efficiency during analysis.
