SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fans for moving air at a user's desk in offices, public eating places and at home. Proposed ventilation device for a user's desk, comprising a fan, a tilt axis and a connection mechanism with a two-peg countertop or a bracket with screws, is arranged between the user and the table top. Above tilting axis is located beyond the edge and within the thickness of the table top with the maximum height of the fan protrusion over and under the countertop that is smaller than the size of the fan and with the possibility of directing the airflow to a large part of the user space.

EFFECT: decreased height of the fan protrusion above and below the worktop.
