SUBSTANCE: fan for creating microclimate at user table. Fan comprising a fan, an inclination device, a base and a mechanism for connecting the base to the tabletop with the possibility of directing the air flow to any point in the user space, wherein base and mechanism for connecting base with tabletop are made in form of base provided with central slot to middle of base parallel to air flow axis, and tabletop bottom surface is equipped with support with screw and nut with possibility of base connection through support with tabletop bottom surface without protrusion from under table top, at that base is arranged with the possibility of location on table top.

EFFECT: technical result is prevention of destruction in case of accidental impact and increased versatility of arrangement and application of fan by creation of possibility of arrangement on table top or under table-top, application of individual in office or public in cafe with possibility to direct air flow to any point of user space and with reduction of noise to user.
