FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is designed for continuous measurement and recording of the temperature of the outer surface of pipelines with high accuracy and rapid replacement of temperature sensors by certified sensors that transport working fluids or raw materials and other various flow agents. Measuring device for the surface temperature of pipelines, which includes the temperature sensor consisting of the contact head with the adapter and the measuring probe that is connected to it at the flexible holder, which includes the metal sheath with conductive wires running inside, to the ends of which the sensor element is welded. In this case, the space inside the metal sheath is filled with mineral insulation. Device also includes the mounting device with the heat-receiving unit in the form of a rectangular metal plate in the plan with the opening, into which the metal cylindrical tube with the blind bottom is installed, and at its free end there is a fitting for mounting the sensor. In this case, the metal tube with the union form the channel, inside of which the measuring probe is mounted, with the sensing element positioned at the end. Opening in the heat-receiving unit is made parallel to the axis of the straight line, which forms the surface of the pipeline, and the metal tube of the installation device has the curvilinear and rectilinear sections, while the rectilinear section is made at least 10d in length and is placed along the generatrix of the pipeline and fixed on it. Installation device comprises the metal tube with the nozzle, they form the channel for the temperature sensor probe, with the sensing element, which is positioned at the end of the channel with the blind bottom, and the heat-sensing unit in the form of the rectangular metal plate in the plan, the plate is made with the lower surface, which is closely fitting to the outer surface of the pipeline and with the opening, in which the metal tube is mounted and fixed therein. In this case, the heat-receiving unit has a variable thickness, symmetrically decreasing from the middle of the plate, and has a through stepped hole.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of measuring the surface temperature of the pipe by means of eliminating the heat outflow from the heat-receiving unit along the structure of the installation device.
