FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery and can be used in operative treatment of various diseases of the area of the C2-C3 vertebral bodies: a tumor of C2-C3 vertebral bodies, cysts of bones of C2-C3 vertebral bodies, anomalies in the development of craniovertebral articulation (basilar impression and invagination of the dentate process of C2 vertebra), traumatic lesion of the tooth-shaped process and C2-C3 vertebral bodies. Essence of the invention is that in the device for the front stabilization of C1-C4 cervical vertebrae, the first fixing fragment is able to be connected to the second fixing fragment, which is provided by first connecting member of the first fixing portion and the second connecting member of the second fixing portion, wherein first fixing portion on the side of the first adjacent zone includes a first support member with a first support zone and a second support member with a second support zone, first support zone and the second support zone are congruent to the front face C1 of the vertebra, wherein second fixing portion on the second contiguous zone side includes a third support member with a third support zone, the third support region congruent to the front surface of the surface of the vertebral body C4, wherein fixing module includes fastening means for fixedly positioning the first fixing fragment with respect to the second fixing portion.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to increase the reliability and simplify the stabilization of C1-C4 vertebrae through a cut in the oropharynx.
