FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to neurosurgery and can be used in surgical treatment of various diseases of the region from the level of C2 to C6 vertebrae: tumors of C2-C6 vertebral bodies, bone cysts of C2-C6 vertebral bodies, abnormal development of craniovertebral articulation (basilar impression and invagination of the tooth-like process of C2 vertebra), traumatic lesions of the tooth-like process and C2-C6 vertebral bodies. Summary of invention consists in that, in the device for the front stabilization of the cervical vertebrae, the first fixing fragment is able to connect to the second fixing fragment and fix them to each other at a selected distance, which is provided by first connecting member of the first fixing portion and the second connecting member of the second fixing portion, wherein first fixing portion on the side of the first adjacent zone includes a first support member with a first support zone and a second support member with a second support zone, first support zone and the second support zone are congruent to the front-bottom surface C1 of the vertebra, the second fixing fragment on the second contiguous zone side including a third support member with a third support zone, third support zone being congruent to the anterior-upper surface of the cervical vertebral body Cn, where 2<n≤7, wherein fixation module includes fastening means for fixedly positioning the first fixing portion with respect to the second fixing portion, the first connecting member of the first fixing portion being configured as a first U-shaped groove and a second U-shaped groove, fastening means comprise a first screw extending from the first side surface into a first U-shaped groove, as well as a second screw emerging from the second side surface into a second U-shaped groove, wherein second connecting member of the second fixing portion is made in the form of a flat element with a first set of samples and a second set of samples that are able to interface respectively to the first screw and the second screw.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in a significant reduction in the traumatic nature of the operation, increasing reliability and simplifying the stabilization of C1-Cn vertebrae (where 2<n≤7).
