SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry, biomedicine and biotechnology and includes a biomaterial based on a cell-free matrix produced by human mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC), a method for production thereof, as well as methods of stimulating regenerative processes with the help of the obtained biomaterial, namely stimulation of differentiation and maintenance of proliferation and viability of undifferentiated human MSC, which are key participants of regeneration of various tissues after injury.
EFFECT: group of inventions can be used to produce medicinal agents and biomaterials for stimulating regeneration of tissues after injury, including for reconstructive surgery, soft tissue repair, in traumatology and orthopaedics.
