FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises two half-couplings connected by means of a coupling damping element with a vibration damping element which is made in the form of an elastic ring. Elastic ring is made in the form of two flat, elastic, coaxially arranged rings, connected to each other by three elastic flat plates arranged obliquely with respect to the axis of the rings. Connecting element consists of an elastic cylindrical shell, to the ends of which flat hard stops are threaded. Inner cavity of the shell is filled with a set of two damping disks fixed on an elastic axis coaxially disposed with a cylindrical shell. Between the damping disks cylindrical helical spring is arranged. Cavity of the cylindrical shell is filled with polyurethane or construction foam.
EFFECT: increase in the soundproofing properties and the load capacity of the transmission are achieved.
