FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of reconditioning worn-out parts using laser surfacing and can be used in reconditioning worn-out ploughshares. After the ploughshare is fixed on the surface of the working table of the robotic system, the melted powder is applied in the specified modes with overlapping the built-up seam to 25 % until preset 3D model of the ploughshare is formed. Wear-resistant material used is a mixture of powders, which includes 43-48 % of an iron base in the form of PG-S27 "Sormite" with a particle size of 80 mcm, 50-55 % hardening phase in form of tungsten carbide with particle size of 15 mcm and 2 % aluminium oxide nanopowder Al2O3 with particle size of 70 nm.
EFFECT: method provides hardness of not less than 78 HRC and high wear resistance of reconditioned ploughshares in conditions of intensive abrasive wear.
