SUBSTANCE: in the claimed system, the heat exchange surface of the emergency circuit is made of heat exchange elements similar to the heat exchange elements of the steam generator. Heat exchange elements are located between the heat exchange elements of the steam generator. The collector of supplying cooling water to the heat exchange elements of the emergency circuit is located inside the collector of supplying feed water to the heat exchange elements of the steam generator, and the collector of supplying cooling water from the emergency circuit is located in the cover of the steam generator. The heat exchange elements of the steam generator and the emergency circuit are made in the form of coils that are located around the central pipe, in which the pipes of supplying feed and cooling water are located. The claimed system of emergency cooling the nuclear reactor is combined with the steam generator by placing the heat exchange surface of the heat exchanger of the emergency circuit in the steam generator housing.
EFFECT: reducing the overall dimensions of the installation and increasing the reliability of the cooling system operation by reducing the elimination of additional vessels and pipelines of the primary circuit while maintaining the operability of the system of emergency cooling the reactor.
