FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for determining the physicochemical constants of a substance, namely its surface tension and the viscosity coefficient. Device comprises an electric resistance furnace mounted vertically with a movable holder, measuring and regulating thermocouples, a gas supply system, a loading system for a sample of metallic material, comprising a cooled sealed unit with a chamber for housing a test piece in the form of a sleeve therein, and with a weight sensor mounted on a fixed base. Device is further provided with additional chambers for placing in each of them a test sample in an inverted form, and additional weight sensors, each of which is connected by means of a suspension with the corresponding sample. Cooling sealed unit is provided with a central opening for mounting said thermocouples into it, and each test sample is mounted on a quartz rod, in the lower part of which a micrometric head is fixed.
EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of increasing the accuracy and speed of measurement and providing the possibility of measuring the zero creep load, starting from zero values.
