SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the delivery and reception of multimedia data in a hybrid network. Method includes the steps of: generating a media processing unit comprising a part of the media data and part of the information, wherein the portion of the media data includes at least one fragment of the media data, and the part of the information includes information about the data processing unit and the information about at least one fragment; and transmitting the media processing unit; wherein the information part includes a first information indicating whether the media processing unit contains all the fragments corresponding to the fragment structure.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure delivery of multimedia data that can deliver unsynchronized media data.
