SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of dialogue between a machine and a human being. Such a result is achieved by identifying a human interlocutor; extracting, from a database, an interlocutor profile including a plurality of dialogue variables, at least one value being attributed to at least one of said dialogue variables; receiving and analysing at least one phrase from said interlocutor and formulating and sending at least one response phrase on the basis of at least said phrase, received and interpreted during the previous step, and from said dialogue variable from said interlocutor profile, wherein the analysis of said phrase from said interlocutor and the formulation of said response phrase are carried out by means of a plurality of phrase models represented by corresponding syntax trees.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a more natural dialogue with a machine, adapted to the interlocutor (not stereotyped).
