OXIDIZING-RECOVERY CELL WITH THE FLOWING ELECTROLYTE WITH HIGH MOLECULAR COMPOUNDS AS THE OXIDIZING-RESTORATION CELL AND A SEMIPERMEABLE MEMBRANE FOR THE ELECTRIC POWER ACCUMULATION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01M8/18 B01D69/00

Abstract RU 2653356 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the oxidation-reduction cell with the flowing electrolyte with high molecular compounds as the oxidation-reduction cell and the semipermeable membrane for accumulating electrical energy. According to the invention, as redox active components the high-molecular compounds are provided, such as redox active polymers or oligomers, and as the membrane, the membrane of steric exclusion (3) for the separation of high molecular redox active components is provided. Steric exclusion membrane separates the anode and cathode spaces, delays high-molecular redox active components and ensures permeability for anions and cations. Longer service life of the flowing battery, as well as preventing pollution of the environment are the technical result of the invention.

EFFECT: proposed oxidation-reduction cell with the flowing electrolyte and with the steric separation membrane can be used in order to store electrical power for mobile and stationary applications.
