FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the operation of marine radio-acoustic buoys (RAB), which are designed for receiving/transmitting information about the underwater situation along the hydroacoustic channel and the radio channel. RABs is used for military purposes, as well as during research and monitoring of the World Ocean and other water areas. Device of energy saving of the autonomous transceiver of the marine RAB, which contains the first and the second microcontrollers MK1 AND MK2 for controlling and monitoring the power consumption of the power supply of the transceiver, where MK1 is made high-speed with the relatively high power consumption and with the possibility of reducing the clock frequency, and MK2 is made low-speed with low power consumption; in addition, the accelerometer is added, the power supply being connected in series via MK2 to MK1, and the accelerometer is connected to MK1. Method for energy saving of the autonomous transceiver of the marine RAB is also proposed.
EFFECT: technical result lies in reduction of energy costs during operation of RAB.
