SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics, namely to acoustic signal recording devices, and can be used for detection, location and classification moving underwater objects. In the method, the radio-acoustic buoy on the microcontrollers contains a serially connected hydroacoustic antenna (hydrophone), a preamplifier, a radio transmission path and a radio transmitter and receiver, as well as a self-destruct device. It also includes a measuring unit on the microcontroller, in which control and digital filtering functions are implemented, connected at the input to the output of the preamplifier, and a block of radio transmission paths, including n of radio transmission paths, each of which is connected to the measuring unit via a serial interface. Each radio transmission path includes a memory chip connected in series, a microcontroller that implements control and digital-to-analog conversion functions, and a radio transmitter transmitting noise signals from the target to the carrier.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the probability of finding the target, increasing the stealth of the buoy and increasing its working time.
