FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to a composition for stimulating bone tissue regeneration of the jaws comprising calcium hydroxide, barium sulfate and nanocrystalline cerium dioxide in isotonic solution. Ratio of the components in the composition is 40–42 % by weight of calcium hydroxide; not less than 8 % by weight of barium sulphate; 0.3–2 % by weight of nanocrystalline cerium dioxide; the balance of up to 100 % by weight is an isotonic solution.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention makes it possible to increase the therapeutic effect due to antiseptic action without the use of antibacterial drugs, antitoxic, analgesic action, restoration of bone tissue, the effect of the composition in hard-to-reach anatomical formations; shorten the period of surgical, therapeutic dental treatment; to exclude traumatization at carrying out of operation due to absence of necessity of a fence of an autograft.
