FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication technique and can be used in a wireless communication system. Reference signal (RS), created by an available sub-frame for transmission in any symbol, is described. RS is a probing reference signal, SRS, or demodulation reference signal, DMRS. RS provides the advantageous mechanism for channel capture in Listen-Before-Talk, LBT, since after the successful channel idle estimation, CCA, the node starts transmitting RS, so as to capture the channel. Node can then proceed to the actual transmission of data on the channel according to certain time limits associated with data transmission. In at least one embodiment, the RS signal is used to capture an upperlink channel on an LTE carrier located in an unlicensed spectrum as part of the License Assisted Access configuration, LAA.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmission capacity.
