To this proposed a method comprising: setting electronic device length of circuit caching such that the channel window of circuit caching contains a plurality of subframes; dividing the window of circuit caching into at least a part of downline and a part of upline, wherein the part of downline comprises at least one or more subframes of a plurality of subframes, and the part of upline comprises at least one or more other subframes of a plurality of subframes; the determination of time shift of part of the upline, the time shift is based, at least partially, on applied time advance; and determining the time relationships in the window of circuit caching for the process of estimating idlesse of channels of the downline and/or an unoccupied process of upline channels based, at least partially, on time shift.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmission capacity.
