PLURALITY OF INITIAL AND FINAL POSITIONS WHEN DOWNLINK SCHEDULED TRANSMISSION IS IN UNLICENSED SPECTRUM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC H04W72/04 H04W74/08 H04W16/14 H04L5/00

Abstract RU 2733418 C1

FIELD: data processing and transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of downlink signal transmission in an unlicensed spectrum. Transmission packet is transmitted in an unlicensed spectrum. Transmission packet occupies multiple subframes/slots. Transmission of the transmission packet starts in one of a plurality of initial candidate points defined in at least the first subframe/slot of the transmission packet occurring after the successful completion of the listening procedure before transmission (LBT) for the transmission packet, wherein plurality of initial candidate points comprises initial points of two or more shorter transmission time intervals (sTTI)/mini-slots in at least first subframe/slot of transmission packet. Step of transmitting the transmission packet comprises a sub-step which transmits the transmission packet in an unlicensed spectrum using scheduling the sTTI/mini-slot at least in the first subframe/slot of the transmission packet. Radio access node is configured to use scheduling an sTTI/mini-slot for one or more subframes/slots with a defined periodicity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of signal transmission in unlicensed spectrum.
