FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of successively connected and identical upper and lower frames with coaxially placed in them respectively upper and lower cylindrical helical springs, the turns of which are covered with polyurethane. Upper and lower frames are made in the form of eccentrically located rigid spherical shells. Upper ends of the springs are fixed to the inner surface of the spherical shells by means of sectors made of a material with adhesive and vibration damping properties, for example polyurethane. Peripheral parts of the spherical shells are connected by two inclined elastic elements made of polyurethane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
