FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator is made in the form of connected in series identical upper and lower frames. Resilient damping element in the form of a cylindrical helical spring is coaxially placed in each frame, the coils of which are covered with polyurethane. Vibration-insulated object is fixed on a platform on an upper frame. Frames are made in the form of coaxially arranged rigid cylindrical shells with a radial clearance. Upper ends of the shells are rigidly connected to the disks, respectively. Upper ends of the resilient damping elements are fixed to an inner surface of the discs. Lower end of an upper resilient damping element is fixed on an outer surface of a disk of a lower frame. Lower end of a lower resilient damping element is fixed on a base. Peripheral parts of the shells are connected by two horizontal resilient elements made of polyurethane. Lower cylindrical shell is connected to the base by means of vertical resilient elements in the form of cylindrical helical springs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
