SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automation, telemechanics and communication for the locomotives management. Device comprises the on-board controller and associated impulses sensors unit, locomotive pressure sensor, radio channel antenna and radio modem, connected to the on-board controller satellite antenna, display unit, control unit, switches unit, which is connected to the cabin switch, driver's vigilance handle and electro-pneumatic valve, and executing circuits unit. Wherein the on-board controller includes speed calculator module, CAN bus, coordinate adjustment module, pressure sensors meter module, navigation receiver module, microcomputer, monitoring and control module, monitoring module, safe voltage generator, CAN bridge for communication with the external devices and additionally introduced ALSS signals amplitude sudden change time points fixing module in the locomotive receiving coils and received by the locomotive receiving coils ALSS signals code cycle length time instants changing numerical code fixing module.
EFFECT: reduced number of false emergency train braking.
