FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS, telemetry and communication systems and may be used in locomotives and motor car rolling stock, as well as in systems of railway traffic spacing control. Proposed device comprises safety control unit connected via amplifier with solenoid valve input. Safety control unit inputs are connected with central data processing module outputs. First ports of central data processing modules are interconnected while second ports are connected to intermodule interface. Two modules of motion parameter measurement and two modules of uninterrupted channels of external devices are connected to previously mentioned interface. External device inputs are connected to receiving coil unit of automatic locomotive continuous signaling and integral signaling systems. Inputs of motion parameter measurement module are connected to range and speed pickups connected to intermodule interface ad well as route module and radio channel module with their ports connected to satellite navigation receiver port, satellite navigation antenna port being connected to the latter, and to radio modem port connected to radio antenna. Proposed device additionally comprises braking and engineman vigilance control algorithm switch connected to intermodule interface. Note here that control algorithm selection is effected using data transmitted via radio digital communication channel from spacing control devices with train entering every next track circuit.
