FIELD: trains movement regulation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a means of regulating the movement of trains. The system uses block sections (2) with unlimited track circuits of voice frequency on the stretch between posts (1) with equipment for electrical interlocking and automatic blocking of neighboring stations, and a complex locomotive device (4) safety with its constituent receivers (5, 6) of automatic locomotive signaling of continuous type, respectively, of continuous automatic locomotive signaling system of ALS-EN and ALSN, receiver (7) of a point channel (PCR), a receiver (8) of satellite navigation (SN) and a transceiver (9) of a digital radio channel of communication, connected through an intermodular interface (10) with a module (11) of central information processing (CIPM), a module (12) of a route map memory, a module (13) of an indication , a registration module (14), a driver vigilance control module (15) and a locomotive executive circuit control module (16) (3). Stationary track transceivers (17) of the digital radio communication channel are connected by ports to the trunk communication line (18), and through the digital radio communication channel the transceivers (17) are connected to the transceiver (9) of the locomotive. At the posts (1) of the electrical centralized control (ECC) and automatic blocking centers (19) of the zone radio control are located, each of which contains two interfaces (20, 21) for interfacing, a module (22) of backup control and a server (23), the first port of which is connected to the line (18) backbone communication, to the second port of the server (23) through the first interface (21) is connected to the backup control module (22), the input of which is connected to the information output of the equipment of the post (1) of electrical interlocking and auto-blocking, which is connected through the second interface (20) to the third server port (23).
