FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present technical solution relates to an injection device with an improved dosage setting mechanism. Syringe pen for injections includes a housing equipped with a push button, in the housing there is a dose setting regulator connected to the pressure button and installed with the possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction relative to the housing, cylindrical drive installed inside dose setting regulator with possibility of longitudinal movement relative to housing, wherein drive is in engagement with dose setting regulator, a rod installed in a cylindrical drive, a dose feed screw installed inside the rod, and an adjusting ring engaged with a dose setting regulator installed on the rod with possibility of rotation relative to it and containing projections on the inner side, wherein recesses are formed on rod outer surface while adjusting ring is fitted on rod so that ledges of adjusting ring together with rod recesses form ratchet engagement.
EFFECT: disclosed is a syringe pen for injections.
