FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical equipment and vascular surgery. Artificial blood vessel, which is a tubular woven fabric, comprising at least two types of polyester fibers, such as the multifilament yarn A and a multifilament yarn B. In this case, the artificial blood vessel has an inner diameter of 8 mm or less and a layer thickness of 50 μm to 250 μm. Multifilament yarn A has a unit fiber density of 1.0 dtex or more and a total linear density of 33 dtex or less. Multifilament yarn B has a unit filament density of 0.08 dtex or less and a total linear density of 66 dtex or less. Multifilament yarn B forms loops on the inner surface of the wall of the tubular woven fabric.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent the formation of thrombi and, therefore, to preserve the long-term functionality of the artificial vessel.
