SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Artificial blood vessel containing a cylindrical tissue structure is described where the tissue is obtained by interlacing a plurality of yarns of the main yarn and a plurality of threads of yarns to each other in a cylindrical shape in which the multifilament yarn has a single yarn thread fineness of not more than 0.50 decitex and the filaments are associated with antithrombogenic material that forms a layer of antithrombogenic material, which has a thickness of 1 to 600 nm inside the cylindrical tissue, and the water permeability under conditions where a pressure of 16 kPa is applied to the inner surface is less than 300 ml/cm2/ min.
EFFECT: vessel allows to infiltrate only a small amount of blood and allows to achieve both antithrombogenicity and cellular affinity.
