FIELD: devices for spraying liquids.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in engine building, chemical and food industries. In a centrifugal atomizer comprising a housing, into which the screw is fitted, and a liquid inlet, the housing consists of two coaxial, interconnected cylindrical sleeves: large diameter sleeves and small diameter sleeves, while smaller-diameter sleeve houses auger fitted therein and aligned therewith and rigidly coupled with its inner surface, while auger outer surface is a helical groove. Inside the screw, at least two through-holes are arranged concentrically along the circumferences of the row, with at least three openings in each row, and with the diameters of the holes being reduced from the auger axis to the peripheral holes. Fitting is arranged inside larger-diameter sleeve, aligned therewith and screwed thereon via seal gasket. Inside the fitting, a cylindrical hole is formed coaxially, passing into an axially symmetrically located diffuser, which is connected to a cylindrical chamber formed by the inner surface of a smaller-diameter sleeve and the end face of the screw. Screw has a rod coaxially and axially symmetrically fixed inside it, one end of which is flush with its end surface facing the fitting, and at the other free end of the rod perpendicular to its axis at least two discs uniformly spaced along the length are fixed, the diameters of which increase towards the free end of the rod, and at the free end of the rod a perforated sprayer is installed, made in the form of a spherical segment, the concave part of which faces the latter along the disk rod.

EFFECT: technical result is the improvement in the efficiency of spraying.
