FIELD: separation; mixing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid and solvent sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Centrifugal nozzle comprises a body in which the endless screw is pressed and a nozzle for supplying liquid. Body consists of two coaxial cylindrical sleeve connected to each other: a large diameter sleeve and a smaller diameter sleeve. Endless screw is located inside the sleeve of a smaller diameter coaxially with it, rigidly connected with its internal surface. Outer surface of the endless screw is a spiral groove. Inside the endless screw, at least two through-holes are arranged concentrically along the circumferences of the row, with at least three openings in each row. Diameters of the holes are reduced from the axis of the endless screw to the peripheral holes. In the larger diameter sleeve, a fitting is located to it, rigidly fixed in it through the sealing gasket. Inside the fitting, a cylindrical hole is formed coaxially, passing into an axially symmetrically located diffuser, which is connected to a cylindrical chamber formed by the inner surface of a smaller diameter sleeve and the end face of the endless screw. Endless screw has a rod coaxially and axially symmetrically fixed inside it, one end of which is flush with its end surface facing the fitting, and at the other free end of the rod perpendicular to its axis at least two discs uniformly spaced along the length are fixed, the diameters of which increase towards the free end of the rod. Disks are perforated. Perforated diffuser, enclosing the disks, is attached to the rod in the plane of its intersection with the lower end of the smaller diameter sleeve.
