FIELD: moulding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial robotics and can be used in the design of robots with external magnetic systems, and can also be used for mechanisation and technological operations. Industrial robot comprises a base, a manipulator arm mounted on a platform with hinges, an external magnetic system in the form of a stator with poles and windings and translational motion drives. Translational motion drives are located in the gap between the poles of the stator, each drive comprising active drive elements in the form of spiral-spatial conductive elements, a fixed rod connected by a hinge to the base, a movable rod connected by a hinge to the platform, and springs, fixed on the drive housing and the movable rod.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the service area and reducing the mass of moving parts.
