SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with a turbocharger. Engine turbocharger waste gate comprises controller (12), comprising executable instructions stored in non-transitory memory. System determines a first threshold temperature and a second threshold temperature of turbocharger waste gate (75). System provides control of turbocharger waste gate (75) with an electronic drive. Control of turbocharger waste gate (75) includes adjustment of the operation of turbocharger waste gate (75) in response to the thermal expansion of the turbocharger waste gate drive based on the temperature of the waste gate drive. Control of waste gate(75) includes reduction of the current of turbocharger waste gate (75) drive motor (170) in response to the temperature of turbocharger waste gate(75) drive motor (170), which is higher than the first threshold temperature of turbocharger waste gate (75). Versions of an engine turbocharger waste gate system are disclosed.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide more precise control of the position of the waste gate.
