FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the eggs sorting machines designs and can be used in poultry and poultry processing industry in the eggs sorting process mechanization and automation. Eggs sorting device includes a feeding mechanism, eggs feeding conveyor 1 to the distributing mechanism 10 and the computerized control system 5. Also, the device includes a video camera 9 on its sides having light sources 8 and photosensors 7 communicating with the distributing mechanism via computer and microcontroller 6. Photosensors 7 and the light sources 8 are connected to the microcontroller 6 input, which output is connected to the conveyor drive. Device has several additional conveyors 3 for eggs shipping, one of which is intended for stale eggs, another is for fresh ones, and the third is for broken ones, and an additional video camera. Video cameras 9 are mounted above and below the distributing mechanism 10, which is made in the form of a disc with holes 13 for eggs, which have locks 12. At that, the feeding conveyor 1 end has a recess in the form of the distributing mechanism congruent circle concave arc, under which holes eggs unloading conveyors 3 are installed located on the feeding conveyor opposite side.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy of the eggs freshness determining and having microcracks eggs rejection.
