Automated line for determining defects and dimensions of chicken eggs, comprising a conveyor for feeding eggs to a distribution mechanism, a control system using a computer, video cameras, one of which has light sources and photo sensors on its sides, and the other is installed under the distributing mechanism, video cameras are connected through the microcontroller with the computer and with the distribution mechanism, the photosensors and the lighting sources are connected to the input of the microcontroller, the outputs of which are connected to the drives of the conveyor and the distribution mechanism, characterized by that the distributing mechanism is made in the form of a drive disc and with holes with holders for eggs, has a control conveyor, bins for eggs suitable for consumption by classes, and for eggs unsuitable for consumption, ozonizer with nozzles, which are installed above and on the sides of the control conveyor, on which there is a shaft for rotation and segregation of eggs, consisting of a base made of transparent plastic and arched legs to form a protrusion close to the shape of an egg, at that, above the bins there is an automated sorter connected to the microcontroller, the sorter consists of a housing, gripping devices, video cameras, a rotary device, its own computer for processing information on the quality of eggs and its own microcontroller to control the rotation of the sorter and its capture of eggs.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase accuracy of selection of eggs, to provide possibility of detection of microcracks in shell.
