SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and may be applicable for removal of non-functioning plastic biliary stent from terminal section of common bile duct. Perform percutaneous transhepatic access with puncture intrahepatic duct on one side. After metal conductor is installed, the puncture channel conductor is bougie in the parenchyma of the liver to 8 Fr. Stent gripping is performed by looping the proximal end of a non-functioning biliary stent. Stent, together with a loop, is introduced into the lumen of the intraduser and is removed from the body transdermally through its canal.
EFFECT: method allows you to reduce trauma, reduce risk of complications.
