SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package for smoking items and packaging for smoking items. Package for smoking items made by bending a workpiece, said package for smoking items comprising a concave-convex decorated section, that is formed in at least a part of the preform, said concave-convex decorated section comprising a concave portion, comprising a concave surface where the outer surface of the preform is more recessed towards the enclosing space for smoking articles than the periphery of the concave portion, by giving a concave relief; and a convex portion formed in a flat region of the concave portion and comprising a protrusion formed by raising the concave surface by giving a convex relief; at that the concave surface being inclined relative to the upper surface of the projection. Workpiece of packaging for smoking items, bendable to form a package for smoking items, wherein said package of smoking item packaging comprises a concave-convex decorated portion formed in at least a portion of the blank, said concave-convex decorated portion comprising a concave portion, comprising a concave surface where the outer surface of the preform is more recessed towards the enclosing space for smoking items than the periphery of the concave portion, by giving a concave relief; and a convex portion formed in a flat region of the concave portion and comprising a protrusion formed by raising the concave surface by giving a convex relief; at that the concave surface being inclined relative to the upper surface of the projection.
