SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in the surgical treatment of overweight and obesity. For this purpose, the wall of the stomach is mobilized only along the large curvature. Then, using the laparoscopic intestinal clamp, grasp the stomach and fold it into the tube in the form of a “roll”. Fixation is carried out with a non-absorbable filament to a formed gastric tube with a volume of 50 ml. After that, the probe is removed.
EFFECT: method provides significant reduction in the volume of the stomach without the occurrence of complications in comparison with other methods, for example, gastroplication operation.
