SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Abdominal oesophagus is mobilized, behind which a "window" is formed, through which the stomach bottom is drawn. After that, the stomach is mobilized along a greater curvature. Mobilized greater curvature of the stomach is folded in the form of a "roll" and the following is recorded: in the upper part - to the stomach bottom, which is passed through the "window" behind the abdominal oesophagus; in middle and lower part - to formed gastric tube.
EFFECT: method improves operation efficiency and prevents complications related to gastroplication operation.
