SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Device of a windmill comprising blade propellers of different diameters arranged in parallel vertical planes on a common axis of rotation from a small diameter screw to a next larger diameter screw relative to the previous one with a gap therebetween, in which the screws are slow-moving blade propellers and high-speed blade propellers and are disposed at an equal angle with the possibility of not overlapping the propeller blades along the common rotation axis, wherein the windmill is configured to be self-aligned along the wind stream when a wind stream is incident at an angle to the common rotation axis.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the swept surface and lifting force, id est torque.
