FIELD: aircraft construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns aviation, particularly wind power plants (WPP) with horizontal rotation axis of wind impeller (blade wheel) self-orienting towards wind (WI). Shaping and aerodynamic overspeeding of self-orienting towards wind WI with horizontal rotating axis involves polyplane grid (flat or wedge) with planes radial to WI rotation axis and/or parallel to longitudinal axis of blade. The grid is oriented at 0 degrees angle against rotation plane at least at the beginning phase of aerodynamic WI overspeeding. Plane chords are rigidly fixated at 5 to 85 degrees angle or so as to allow for synchronous plane turn at +/-90 degrees against normal line to polyplane grid plane at windward side.

EFFECT: possible implementation of relatively simple cost-effective constructions of wind impeller complex, WI launch at small wind speed and automatic self-braking mode for WI elements at wind speed exceeding design value.
