FIELD: wind-generated power engineering. SUBSTANCE: systems of two coaxial wind-wheels are used. Smaller diameter wind-wheel is ahead of second wind-wheel in wind flow direction. Their cooperation is effected due to aerodynamical dependence within limits of swept areas according to full working diameters of each wind- wheel. Air flow reaching second wind-wheel is additionally turbulized over cross section of flow. First wind-wheel is freely rotatable, second wind-wheel is rigidly mounted on shaft. First wind-wheel is provided with end-mounted vortex-producer and turbulizers which are of angular profile with angle apex oriented in direction of wind-wheel rotation. First wind-wheel has less blades than second one. Blades of second one are inclined in plane of rotation at angle of =2...7° in wind direction. EFFECT: high efficiency. 9 cl, 9 dwg
