SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to poultry-processing industry. Device for evisceration, designed to eviscerate a bird's carcass suspended from its legs, comprises eviscerating apparatus adapted to move up and down, as well as into the body cavity of the bird and out of it, wherein the eviscerating apparatus comprises two halves of the holder which are connected to each other by a hinge at the lower extremity of the device, said two halves next to said hinge having cooperating clamping surfaces for clamping a part of the bird's guts, when the two halves of the holder are moved towards each other from the open position to the closed position. Eviscerating device further comprises a support holder, is located adjacent to the two halves of the holder, the support holder being movable up and down, and also into the body cavity of the bird and from it simultaneously and synchronously with the two halves of the holder.

EFFECT: support holder is designed to move up and down, as well as into the body cavity of the bird and out of it simultaneously and synchronously with the two halves of the holder.
