FIELD: food engineering, in particular, bird's carcass processing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, shaft immovably secured on frame, drive sprocket, following members, retaining members and working tools. Upper end of shaft is mounted in anti-frictional bushing of support, which is rigidly fixed on frame. Lower end of shaft is furnished with half-coupling rigidly fixed thereon by means of joint tongue. Half-coupling is inserted into sleeve rigidly fixed on frame and equipped with anti-frictional bushing and supporting plates. Spherical member is disposed between plates. Half-coupling is fixed with respect to sleeve by means of stop fingers. Apparatus may be used in poultry-processing lines of poultry-processing industry and other branches of industry.
EFFECT: simplified operation and reduced dimensions of apparatus.
