SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of winding equipment for coiled materials. Device for controlling the release of coils emerging from a winding machine comprises a body. Body is installed downstream of a surface along which the coils move in an exit direction. Body is rotatable at a predetermined angular velocity about an axis. Axis of rotation of the body is parallel to the coils and perpendicular to the exit direction of the coils. Body has at least one pocket. Pocket is configured to receive and temporarily place a coil as it moves along the exit direction. Body is rotated about the axis in the direction opposite to the exit direction.
EFFECT: proposed device for regulating the release of coils.
