FIELD: winding of materials. SUBSTANCE: device is used to apply glue to tubular cores inserted into rewinding machine for winding roll material bobbins. It has conveyor for successively delivering the cores and means for spreading glue over cores. Glue spreading means are provided with meter with at least one hole through which glue is constantly fed. Conveyor moves each core over the hole to bring it in contact with glue to apply glue to core moved over the hole. Flexible plate acting onto core from side opposite to glue distributor prevents rotation of bushing in process of application of glue. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and enhanced reliability of glue application. 13 cl, 7 dwg
