FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise suppression. Silencer comprises a cylindrical housing, rigidly connected with end inlet and outlet pipes, rigidly connected with central pipe with perforation, outlet pipe is made in form of a disc having in peripheral part at least three holes, and central pipe, with perforation in form of rectangular slots number of which is not less than three, is connected with central solid part of disc, and between the housing and the central tube is located sound absorbing element in such a way that the disk holes are connected with the cavity of the arrangement of the sound-absorbing element, to the cylindrical body in the output section, an additional disk with an absorber located in its central part is axially symmetric and rigidly attached, at least three large diameter holes are provided in the peripheral part of the additional disk, which are arranged axially symmetrically to the outlets of the outlet nozzle in its peripheral portion.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of noise suppression.
