FIELD: noise suppression technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to noise suppression. Silencer contains a body consisting of cylindrical shell, rigidly connected to the end circular discs with the inlet and outlet branch pipes, at that in the body, perpendicular to aerodynamic flow direction, a resonant insert is placed, resonant insert is axially symmetrical to the body and the outlet branch pipe attached to the end circular disc with the outlet branch pipe and is made in the form of a cylindrical sleeve, consisting of sound-absorbing chamber and resonant chamber formed by rigid partitions, at that, in the resonance chamber at least two resonant inserts are located, fixed on the sleeve, perpendicular to its axis, and the sound-absorbing chamber is formed by the end round disc with the outlet branch pipe, rigid partition and part of cylindrical sleeve resonance insert, which is lined with sound absorbing material, at that, at least three exhaust bushings fixed on the sleeve, perpendicular to its axis, are located in the sound-absorbing chamber, and the facing away from the resonance chamber partitions surfaces are lined with sound-absorbing disk elements, and coaxially to the cylindrical housing from its inner side the sound-absorbing annular element is installed, which is made in the form of a ring, which walls are made in the form of a rigid and perforated walls, between which two layers are located: the adjacent to the rigid wall sound-reflecting layer, and adjacent to the perforated wall sound-absorbing layer, at that, the sound-reflecting material layer is made of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra, allowing to reflect sound waves incident in all directions, and the perforated wall has the following perforation parameters: the holes diameter is 3÷7 mm, perforation percent is 10 %÷15 %, and the shape of the apertures can be made in the form of apertures of a circular, triangular, square, rectangular or diamond-shaped profile, wherein in case of non-circular holes, maximum diameter of circle inscribed into polygon shall be considered as nominal diameter, and as a sound-absorbing material, basalt-based “Rockwool” type mineral wool is used, or mineral wool of the "URSA" type, or basalt wool of P-75 type, or glass wool lined with glass felt, or foamed polymer, for example polyethylene or polypropylene, at that, the fibrous sound absorbers surface is treated with air permeable porous paints, or is covered with air permeable fabrics (for example, “Acutex T”), or covered with air-permeable fabrics or non-woven materials, for example, “Lutrasil”.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of noise suppression.
