SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container intended for intake of freely stored products, such as drugs, tablets, test strips. Container for freely stored articles comprises a container body comprising a peripheral wall of the body, having an internal peripheral groove of the body, a lid comprising a skirt of the lid having an outwardly facing sealing portion with an apex, which is tightly pressed against the inner peripheral groove of the bod when the lid is closed, thereby forming a seal of the sealing line type, and a loop connecting the container body and the lid. Top of the skirt of the lid and the inner peripheral groove of the body provide a single seal between the lid and the container body, and preferably a single locking element, when the lid is closed in the container body.
