Composition of the product containing chromium and copper compounds, fluorine-containing compounds of the following formula E_LF_M * nHF, where: E_L is an element of the periodic system, which makes it possible to achieve a solubility of more than 10%, for example KF*HF, NH₄F*HF, BF₃*HF; BF₃*2HF, SiF₄*2HF; SiF₄*3HF; m is the oxidation state of E_L; n is 1 or 3. With the following component ratio: (0.4-1,3):(0,6-1.5):(0.3-0.9) in terms of Fluorine F (I): Chromium Cr (VI): Copper Cu (II).

EFFECT: toxicity decreases, the penetrating ability of the formulation increases.
