FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deep drilling, in particular, to the oil gauge oil well tubing repair and restoration. Method for the oil well tubing restoration by laser welding consists in the pipes outer and inner surfaces cleaning of deposits and contaminants, performing flaw detection of pipes, by the results of the inspection cutting off the defective pipe sections, joining the suitable pipe sections together and welding with laser welding. At that, before joining the pipes, the jointing surfaces are cleaned and the edges of the pipes joined ends are sharpened, and the welding is carried out in two passes using a filler wire. Welding is carried out by the laser beam scanning, and also with the use of side air knives.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the processability and quality of repair, as well as a significant reduction in the portion of tubing (OWT) being sent to scrap.
